
Poco Tapas only works with a tasting menu. This way our customers can experience a variety of flavors in one sitting.
Our menu is composed of 12 dishes, 8 main courses served one at a time and a plate with 4 desserts,
which includes our world famous dragons’ breath popcorn.
The tasting is R$ 225 per person.

Clam chowder
North american soup made with smoked baby clams, vegetables, bacon and topped with celery molecular caviar
Molecular Feijoada
Brazilian style rice and beans, with dehydrated rice, pate of black beans, fried collar greens, pork belly skin fried into a powder, fried quail egg, and solid cachaça (moonshine) of orange.
Crab and bisque
Fresh oven roasted crab meat served on top of a shrimp bisque, crispy corn and hibiscus molecular caviar.
Pork pancetta
Pancetta cooked in Jack Daniels and coca-cola, served either yucca puree, smoked sausage, ritz crackers, and a molecular sheet of bbq sauce
Lemon Sorbet
Molecular lemon sorbet served with green apple molecular gel and vodka, to cleanse your palate.
Gnocchi da bisa
Homemade Gnocchi served with a meat ragu and cheese fonduta made inside a co2 tank.
Orange Chicken
Crispy chicken thighs served with orange glaze, soy and ginger sauce, cotton candy, sushi rice pure and a molecular soy sauce spaguetti.
Rib Parmegianna
Pulled rib, steak glued back together breaded and fried crispy served with a rustic tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and basil foam.

Whisky bread pudim
Whisky Jack Daniels bread pudim with homade whipped cream.
Chocolate Fudge
Chocolate Fudge with nutella transformed into Powder

We adapt the menu to accommodate restrictions on seafood, meat and lactose. If you have any other restrictions, please get in touch. The kitchen at Poco Tapas only uses fresh, top-quality items. Therefore, due to seasonality, some products do not meet the restaurant’s standards and, for a few months, are left off the menu.
