Oven-baked crab meat served with shrimp bisque, crispy corn, and molecular caviar made from hibiscus.

Orange Chicken

Breaded and fried chicken thigh, glazed with homemade orange sauce, served with sushi rice puree, ginger and soy sauce, cotton candy, and soy sauce molecular spaghetti.

Parmesan-crusted ribs

Shredded and re-stitched rib meat, crispy breaded, topped with melted mozzarella, homemade rustic tomato sauce, and basil foam.

Orange Cake

Orange cake served with a white chocolate mousse made inside a CO 2 canister and served with chopped nuts
